1) What is the difference between 9A and 10A Grade Hair quality?
Bundles & Curls Human Hair Extensions' main priority is to provide you with the best quality hair. We have seen our competitors selling hair for $50 per bundle. To some this may seem like a good deal, but the reality is, they are selling 5a and 6a hair. That is the cheapest quality hair that you can buy. It will shed and only last you a month. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY CHEAP PRICES on the other websites... Their cheap price matches their cheap hair quality!
WE ONLY SELL 9A and 10A Grade Hair... all with minimum to ZERO shedding. We focus on selling only the top tier quality of hair to our customers.
8A Grade Hair (Good) - This is 100% human Remy hair with a very strong weft and hair shaft. This hair can be colored and still maintain good health. With proper care, this hair can last up to 1.5 years. Minimum Shedding.
9A Grade Hair (Best) - This is 100% human Remy hair with full cuticle and a very strong hair shaft. This hair can be colored to platinum blonde and still maintain good health. With proper care, this hair can last up to 2 years. Thicker hair. Little to no shedding.
10A Grade Hair (Superior) - This is the newest addition to the 100% Virgin Remy hair family. With the strongest weft and hair shaft, this hair can be lifted to white and still maintain good health. With proper care, this hair can last up to 2.5 years. Thickest hair. Little to no shedding.
2) How long does it take for shipping / receiving my item(s)?
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST. All orders received before 4:00 pm are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the 5 to 10 business days.
For your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner USPS (US Postal Service).
We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
